Jeff has spent over twenty years working with channel partners.  He has worked in sales, marketing, operations, and programs capacities over his career, each of which has helped frame his broad perspectives on partner engagement.  Jeff is a change agent that believes that an engaged partner community is a powerful competitive differentiator that requires creativity and innovation.

Over the past six years, Jeff has had numerous roles with the Lenovo Channel Team, introducing program, engagement, and operational innovations.  Prior to Lenovo, Jeff led Nortel's Channel and Field Marketing teams, was the Chief Marketing Officer in the insurance industry, was the Director of Business Development for iContact, and led Partner Sales and Marketing for March Networks, a video surveillance solutions provider.

Jeff has written a book, "Bigger Than The Widget", about the need for companies to think beyond their products to build meaningful connections with their customers and he co-wrote a screenplay.  He has been recognized by CRN as a channel innovator and received recognition for using predictive analytics for lead generation.

Jeff is a proud alumnus of Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo and received an MBA from Vanderbilt University.  When not working or trying to write the next great American novel, Jeff can be found in woods looking for his golf ball or hanging out with his three children.
